QUALIFICATIONS

Clause 5: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

For those of you who do not know, the above is Clause 5 of section 1 of Article II of the United States Constitution. So being that I will reach my 35th birthday before the election is held, I guess I am as qualified as anybody else who meets the standards set above. I have been reading though the Constitution, and I can find no other set of guidelines that state one must spend years in other political offices, or have more money than most of us can conceive to be President.
As far as specific qualifications I am not exactly overloaded, but as I said above I am as qualified as anyone else based on the Constitution.
